1. 7-Day Return Window

• You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and show no signs of humidity or heat damage.

• As these are handmade items, minor variations in finish are a hallmark of the process and not considered defects.

2. Damaged Arrivals

• If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within 28 hours with a photo so we can resolve the issue.

4. Refunds & Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
