3. Humidity and Storage Disclaimer

  • Weather Sensitivity: You acknowledge that our products are sensitive to humidity and high temperatures.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to store products in a cool, dry, and airtight environment immediately upon delivery.

  • Liability: Yeronga Kitchen Lab is not liable for the degradation, clumping, or loss of effectiveness of products caused by improper storage or exposure to environmental moisture after the 7-day return window has passed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Local Production: All orders are processed and shipped from our business location in Brisbane.

  • Risk of Loss: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, the risk of loss or environmental damage (such as heat exposure on a porch) passes to the customer.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

  • Purchase Options: If you opt for a subscription or recurring purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

  • Cancellations: Subscriptions must be managed or cancelled at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for prepared batches.
